Ok so Ardin was awesome. We came in around 6:30 on Labor Day and they were very busy. We had great service and the food was perfect. I had chicken Marsala (requested to serve over linguine) stuffed mushroom and Tuscan chicken soup (don't judge me.) Portions were huge and prices were reasonable. We sat next to some super nice Italian people from jersey who were super friendly/interactive and offering us bites of their food 😂 10/10 will return.

The food here is A L W A Y S outstanding. The only complaint I have EVER had is that they forgot our chocolate mousse cake on one delivery order. We immediately called and the female worker apologized and told us it would be delivered to us. A hour and fifteen minutes later we called back and let them know we were still waiting only to be told we had to speak to a manager. The manager apologized and told us it would now be on its way. When the driver finally arrived 45 minutes later the slice was very, very small. I’ve worked in the food service/restaurant business my entire life and while it is by no means necessary or mandatory, in my experience it is common curtesy in these situations to comp the dessert or provide the customer with a complimentary additional dessert which they unfortunately did not do. We were a little disappointed with that but otherwise the food and service here are always fabulous!! Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

Pizza lovers. Take notice. Gino's Pizza of Howard Beach is simply the best tasting Pizza. Great atmosphere. Parking is always tough...but worth the trouble. You won't be disappointed. Tried some of Bensonhurst spots....Sorry fellas.....Gino's is the best. Wish I could give you guys 6 or 7 stars....Service is just that great....

We have been going here for what feels like forever. I even vaguely remember what it used to look like before the remodel! Great food and service. I personally find myself getting their salads and pizza the most.

Great ! waiters are great and happy all the time and the food is so authentic and delicious the counter service is great and fast .. I am always happy with Ginnos.

Great food. Don't buy the mixed drinks though. I had 2 rum punches, and didn't feel a thing. At $10 a pop, that was a waste of money. Probably better to order a bottle of wine. Also, stay away from the Cosmopolitan. They served it in a very tiny glass.

Great waiter. Food was delicious, risotto was good. Parking is on the street or the residential around the block.

Great food in a very nice atmosphere. I gave 4 stars because it's also a pizzeria so there is a steady flow of people coming in and out. The tables are very close to each other and I was sitting in a spot where I was getting the cold air from the door opening and closing. The booths are nice and probably fit 4 people comfortably.

Because Gino's is a awesome place, they make your dinner your way. That u perfur.

This place is worth trying. They serve big portions for affordable rates. Regularly neat and with fantastic character. Will visit here again.

Great food with exceptional customer service, made us feel like we were regular customers they have know for ever. Food was quick and big portions. Their service to the customer in my opinion puts this place over the top.

Dear Gino's Pizza,I am a Service Member currently returning from overseas. Our plane was stuck on the tarmac @ JFK and the Delta crew took it upon themselves to get 50 pizzas for us while we waited for repairs. I want for you to understand some of us have been travelling for the better part of 24 hours and just want to get home to our families.Your pizza brought us a true taste of NYC and has filled our bellies with some of the best NYC pizza I have tasted! From all of us to you, Thank you!

When people ask me where the best pie in New York City is, this is one of the top 3 places I mention and implore others to go to. I'm not gonna list the other 2 spots. This argument isn't gonna register a win, and I'm not interested in the controversy. Realistically though, this place is a staple for Italian gastronomy for a reason. Forget that it's a Goodfella's neighborhood for those of you obsessed with The Godfather / Mafia related topics. Forget that it's not in Manhattan, because Manhattan doesn't have everything. New York City has a hell of a lot more than what is located in Manhattan. Just remember that if you want something that will redefine your idea of what Italian cuisine is outside of Italy, you're going to end up at Gino's, sooner or later. Word of advice; order 2 of the Sicilian pies. Eat one fresh with a group of friends. Save the second for the next day. Be prepared for a visceral, realistic, and lucid update to what you thought Italian / NYC Italian is.

If you are traveling to howard beach or you live in the area. You have to go out of your way to stop here. The food is phenomenal. From the small complimentary appetizer to the desert was amazing. And the staff is so freindly. I will definitely be back again thank you

Pizza is good. Baked ziti is just okay. Their chicken dishes I would order again. Take out was about an hour.

Lately the chicken is like chewing on a beef Jerky and that's usually cause they don't tenderize or thin cut the meat before breading it which is why it becomes tough as leather to chew not good have your cooks go back to school SMH the pizza is always good no complaints about it

Great spot, neighborhood favorite. Prices are high, but you may run into the local Enzo if you care about that type of thing. Food very good, professional wait staff.

Well worth the little wait. The young hostess was pleasant and professional. The waiters are clean cut and the entire restaurants is clean. Good atmospheric vibe. Family friendly. Located in a safe neighborhood, please be curtious when parking. The food is tasty but made with quality ingredients and they even served me a cup of coffee while I was waiting and the football game was on, tv in waiting area. First time having dinner here.. it was amazing

This was sooo good! The chef came out to meet our group. He clicked our pictures. We had salads but the portions were huge. The chicken came with a salad or side order, so its a lot to eat. I had the grilled chicken salad, the person who ordered the pecan salad suggested the dressing soaked her salad so order it on the side. It was all delicious.

My family and I go here all the time. Service and food are great. Our servers always know who we are and are more than happy to strike a short dialogue. My favorite dish is the Chicken Scapariello.

Yummy place. Long delivery wait. That's the only down side. Great great food. Can eat right outside.

Delivery was fast. Placing my order was quick although unfriendly. But the quality of my pizza? Horrible. The majority of the cheese slid over. If I'd known before I paid and the guy left I would have sent it back.

Excellent appetizers, the food was delicious and the size fits the price! I had the Fried Calamari and Baked Clams for apps. Cheese tortellini alfredo with breaded chicken for entree. Wine list offers reds, whites and blush. Clean and neat environment with lots of space, you choose your seats which is a plus if you want to sit away from the crowd the option is available.

Absolutely Fantastic! Both Traditional Italian Sit-down Restaurant And Full-service Pizzaria, with a Fantastic Dessert bar!! Well worth going to! Park in neighborhood behind restaurant, easy walk, well worth it!! (Dont patk at KFC, they tow!!)

The grandma pizza from Gino’s has gradually gotten thicker. Today I felt I had to share because this thickness is on the same level as a Sicilian. Very disappointing. On the other hand, the sauce is delicious.

I had work being done on my home, the painter did a great job, I told him I would reward him with a tip plus a meal, I called Gino's and order some food, they told me 35 minutes, an hour later the guy shows up, he charged me $38 for a chicken parmesan hero, and a chicken parm plate with Pasta on the side.. being that it took longer than we expected..the painter told me just give me the sandwich I will eat it on the road as I drive, no problem,... He leaves, I open up my plate of chicken and pasta and the chicken tasted like rubber, I push it to the side and start eating the pasta which was not cooked 100% either and the sauce was very bland, I totally lost my appetite, 4 minutes later the painter calls me saying where did you get this food ?nice of you to offer, but I threw it out the window because the chicken was very nervy and tasted like rubber!....it is a shame but I will never spend $i1 n that food place called Gino's anymore
